We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Luxury Concierge to join the Sofitel Philadelphia team for a full-time position. This role offers an unmatched opportunity to make a lasting impression on guests in a luxury environment, contributing to the guest experience through warm, attentive service and expert local knowledge.

As a Concierge, you will be a critical touchpoint for guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, responding to inquiries, arranging bespoke services, and promoting hotel amenities and local activities. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
• Hotel school degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and messaging
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of service
• Flexibility with days and hours
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred
