Qualifications

• • College degree preferred * 5 years of sales management experience or (related experience with Sunrise), healthcare and multi-site experience preferred * Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to link information to action and results * Able to travel in geographic area * Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles and interests * Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations - Competent in organizational, time management skills - Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills * Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and & Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new application * Ability to work weekends, evenings, flexible hours available to our customers at peak service delivery times * Sunrise maintains a safe and drug-free work environment and all offers of employment with Sunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfully completing and passing a background check and drug test.
