Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations
• Manage P&L performance
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory controls

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing both restaurant and bar operations preferred
• Strong P&L management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Collaborative, decisive, and dependable leadership style
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
