Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of intellectual property law experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing U.S. and international patent portfolios.
• Established portable book of business of at least $600,000.
• Proven history of business development, client retention, and production.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and client counseling skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments.
