Senior Ui Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain reusable UI components, color palettes, iconography, typography, and spacing systems.

Build and document design system governance, usage guidelines, and best practices using Zeroheight and Storybook.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Accessibility teams to ensure consistency across platforms.

Create scalable, accessible, and component-based design solutions for web and mobile applications.

Contribute to the evolution of the organization's global design system.

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of UI/UX design experience.

Proven experience leading or contributing to Global Design Systems (mandatory).

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.

Strong understanding of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience designing for CMS and component-based workflows.

Strong technical understanding of front-end development concepts.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.

Experience with enterprise-scale design systems and documentation tools
