Senior Finance Manager

We are conducting a confidential search for a NE Philadelphia, Pa based manufacturing company for their top finance position of Senior Finance Manager reporting to the President. The ideal candidate with prior experience in manufacturing will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

In this hands-on position the Senior Finance Manger will be handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. Prior experience in dealing with financial issues in a manufacturing company is required in order to be successful in this role.

Preview Overview of Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cost accounting methodologies in the production operation
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Drive profitability analysis and business performance initiatives
• Manage cash flow planning, and working capital strategies
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
• Oversee two non-finance staff functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
• 8- 12 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong cost accounting background is required
• Strong expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
