Senior Graphic Designer - Brand Identity & Digital Media

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design solutions across a variety of platforms, from branding and logo design to website graphics, social media content, and marketing collateral.

Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our clients' brands and ensuring consistent visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for branding initiatives, including logo development, style guides, and brand asset creation.
• Design engaging and effective visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of client projects, from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, copywriters, and other designers to ensure project success.
• Maintain a high level of creative output, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and client objectives.
• Present design concepts and final artwork to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Ensure all design files are organized, properly prepared, and delivered in the correct formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on brand identity and digital media.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, particularly in branding, logo design, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web and mobile design.
• Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Experience working in an agency setting is highly preferred.
