• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM
• 7.5-hour workday
• Schedule must remain consistent once selected

About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization in the Malvern, PA area to identify a Call Center Representative to join their customer service team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, providing exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support customers through inbound and outbound phone communication while assisting with scheduling, payment processing, record maintenance, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Management

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Route calls to appropriate departments and team members
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
• Handle multiple phone lines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Utilize effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer concerns

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule customer appointments, consultations, and service visits
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and installations
• Communicate scheduling updates and changes to customers
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

• Maintain and update customer information in company databases
• Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and complete
• Process and distribute paperwork to appropriate departments
• Perform data entry tasks with strong attention to detail

Payment Processing

• Process customer payments through electronic payment systems
• Handle sensitive customer information confidentially
• Ensure payment information is accurately entered and recorded

Administrative Support

• Assist with departmental and operational administrative tasks
• Support team projects and initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, and other internal teams
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Accurate data entry and documentation abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to Malvern, PA

• Previous call center experience
• Appointment scheduling experience
• Customer payment processing experience
• Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment
