M&S
This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
As a Store Manager, you'll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment.
You'll lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. This is a role for resilient, commercial, inspiring leaders who bring clarity, accountability and ambition to every part of the operation, from standards and service to profit and people.
Being a part of M&S is exactly that - playing your part to bring the magic of M&S to our customers every day. We're an inclusive, dynamic, exciting, and ever-evolving business built on doing the right thing and bringing exceptional quality, value and service to every customer, whenever, wherever and however they want to shop with us.
Here are some of the benefits we offer that make working for M&S just that little bit more special...
Everyone's welcome
We are ambitious about the future of retail. We're disrupting, innovating and leading the industry into a more conscientious, inspiring digital era. We're transforming how we work together and offering our most exciting opportunities yet. Marks & Spencer strives to be an inclusive organisation, trusted and admired by our colleagues, customers and suppliers. Join us and make change happen.
We are committed to building diverse and representative teams, where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and be at their best. We support each other and work together to win together.
If you feel you'd benefit from any support or reasonable adjustments during any stage of the recruitment process, please don't hesitate to let us know when completing your application. This information will be picked up by our team, so we can try and put steps in place to help you be at your best through this process.
If you're successful at the initial screening stage, you'll be invited to attend a Raise the Bar assessment centre at our Marble Arch store. Assessment centres will take place on 18th and 19th June, with three sessions running each day. Each session will last approximately two hours and will give you the opportunity to meet a range of key stakeholders and influential leaders from across the Division.
We're hiring across clusters rather than individual stores, meaning successful candidates will be considered for various management opportunities across Central & West London, Central London, London City Foods, South West London, and North West London, offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to build a meaningful and significant career with M&S.
Make your mark with M&S. Apply today and be part of our transformation today.
