Part-time Senior Bookkeeper

Part-time Senior Bookkeeper West London Part-time Permanent (2 days a week) £45k - £60k pro-rata depending on experience A private Family Office is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join the business on a part-time basis (2 days a week). The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong bookkeeping expertise, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for three entities Process approximately 100-200 transactions per month Complete monthly bank reconciliation Prepare monthly management accounts Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns in line with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements Assist the CFO with ad hoc finance tasks as required WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE: Prior experience working as a Senior Bookkeeper, ideally within a Family Office environment.
• AAT qualified (or equivalent) is desirable Prior experience of management accounts preparation Proficiency using Xero (essential) Professional, trustworthy and discreet
