Part-time Receptionist

We are working with a leading global healthcare organisation that require an experienced receptionist to support their Harley Street dermatology clinic. The clinic is open six days a week and they are looking for someone to work every Friday, Saturday and Monday.

The successful candidate will work every Saturday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, and Friday and Monday hours are rotated, with the earliest start being 7.30am and latest finish 8.00pm.

In this initially a 3-4 six-month contract you’ll be responsible for:

·Welcoming patients on arrival

·Booking appointments and managing the diary

·Scanning and uploading documents on the central patient database

·Responding to emails and queries

·Assisting patients with any appointments that need to be rescheduled

·Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, have strong administrative and MS Office skills together with exceptional customer liaison skills.

This 3-4 month contract position will start quickly (subject to pre-employment compliance checks) and offers an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay of £2.04 per hour if working via PAYE. There is the option to work via an Umbrella Company (inside IR35) if preferred.
