Main duties of the job

As a Prescribing Pharmacist at Operose Health, you will be integral in delivering primary care by improving access, outcomes, and patient experience. The job title for this role is 'Prescribing Pharmacist,' located at Cassidy Medical Centre in Fulham. This permanent position offers a salary of up to £60,000 FTE, depending on experience, with working hours set at 25 per week.

Your responsibilities will include prescribing medication, conducting online and telephone clinical triage, managing minor illnesses, and providing advice on long-term conditions. You will work collaboratively within a multi-professional team, ensuring safe clinical decisions and expert care. The role encourages driving innovation, modernisation, and maintaining high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

The position demands strong clinical judgment and effective decision-making skills. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and possess an independent prescribing qualification.
