💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service in busy bar areas.
• Operating tills accurately and processing customer transactions.
• Maintaining clean, organised, and fully stocked bar stations.
• Following all licensing, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
• Working collaboratively with your team to provide an exceptional guest experience during high-profile events.
• Develop an understanding of the product range available.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days throughout the year.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a lively and energetic atmosphere.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and well-presented at all times.
• Due to the nature of the role and the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

ASSESSMENT DAY AT THE O2 - All candidates that have had successful screening calls will be invited to the O2 on the 4th and 6th of August for an in-house assessment. Brief overview below:

Total Duration: 4 hours – 1pm start

Location: O2

Constellation – 2 hours

• Welcome & Meet and Greet – Constellation Team

Levy retail Team – 2 hours (supported by Constellation)

• Welcome & Levy retail team presentation
• retail team interviews
• Skills test and site tour
• Constellation wrap-up, final Q&A, and confirmation of availability/first shift booking
• Onboarding paperwork, Right to Work checks, and MAPAL One online training
