Salary: £46,000 a year + overtime

We're looking for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to become a key player in our London maintenance team. You'll be the go-to expert for our portfolio of prime commercial properties, handling everything from routine checks to emergency repairs.

Your Day-to-Day

• You'll be out and about in your company van, tackling planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Getting hands-on with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and general plumbing.
• Being a problem-solver, diagnosing faults and getting our clients' buildings running smoothly.
• . LTHW/DHW fault finding, TMVs, pumps, calorifiers, heating systems
• Basic electrical PPM's - Lighting, sockets, fire alarm testing

What You'll Bring

• A formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Solid experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.
• A full UK Driving Licence and confidence navigating London.
