Senior Architect required by a well-established, highly respected architecture practice with an outstanding reputation within the data centre sector. Following a series of significant project wins across the UK and EMEA, the studio is entering an exciting period of sustained growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to lead the delivery of high-profile, technically challenging projects.

The Role

You'll lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects across the UK and wider EMEA region, primarily working through RIBA Stages 3–4 and beyond. Combining technical excellence with strong leadership, you'll oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is looking to take the lead on nationally and internationally significant projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading projects through key delivery stages, particularly RIBA Stages 3–4
• Managing and mentoring project teams, providing clear direction and support
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Overseeing design coordination across multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high technical standard
• Reviewing and guiding technical information and drawing packages
• Working within a BIM-led environment, collaborating closely with technicians and consultants

What They're Looking For

• Experienced Senior Architect with a strong technical and delivery background
• Proven experience across RIBA Stages 3–4 on complex projects
• Confident leading teams and managing project workflows
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent stakeholder management experience
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Good working knowledge of Revit and BIM processes
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect (essential)
• Part III qualification or equivalent
