Senior Site Engineer (Project Manager)

LECI Holdings Ltd are looking for an Senior Site Engineer, with qualified Engineering Master / Degree. Must have Minimum UK experience in Groundworks & RC Frame Company.

Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of Groundworks and should be suitably qualified and hold a full Drivers Licence.

As a setting out engineer, you'll need to

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Check setting out of job and make sure this is in-line with Client / Project Specification.
• Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final buy-off phases
• Make sure team is working to the latest drawing revisions.
• Request any RFI’s from the Client as required
• Complete daily site diaries / Allocation Sheets of works completed on a daily basis
• Create list of materials to be ordered to our buyer on a weekly basis.
• Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of subcontract elements, etc.
• Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions
• Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary
• Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests
• Write proposals and reports with all necessary backup material
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with other engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
