Location: London + Regional (Days split between both locations)

Sector: Commercial Office, Design and Build.

Salary: £35,000

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Junior to Mid-Level Interior Designer to join a leading design and fit out company, specialising in workplace environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative, collaborative team on projects that shape how people work and interact.

You'll support the design process from concept through to delivery, gaining valuable hands-on experience across all stages of workplace design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concept design, space planning, and technical drawings.
• Produce 3D models and visuals using Revit and other design tools.
• Contribute to materials and finishes selections and presentation packs.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal project teams.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years' professional UK experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience in workplace design (advantageous).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
