In this role, you will take responsibility for supervising on-site operations, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. You will coordinate site teams, contractors, and stakeholders, while acting as a key point of contact for client representatives.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentation, maintaining accurate site records, reporting on project progress, and supporting the development of junior staff. This position requires a strong background in heavy civils and/or marine works, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and site leadership.
