Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include

Conduct client and matter onboarding, including CDD, risk assessments, and EDD for higher‐risk matters.

Perform screening checks (conflicts, sanctions, PEPs, adverse media) and support ongoing monitoring.

Liaise with legal teams to gather onboarding information and manage shared inbox requests.

Maintain relevant compliance registers and respond to AML/onboarding queries, escalating when needed.

Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external parties.

Contribute to process improvements, compliance awareness activities, and general departmental support.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should have

Experience in risk, compliance, AML or onboarding, with strong attention to detail.

Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple onboarding matters simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Collaborative, approachable and confident engaging with internal stakeholders.

Strong IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems, plus motivation to develop further compliance expertise.
