Content Writer and Editor

Insight Global is looking for a Content Writer + Editor to join a large banking client on a 6 month contract based in Toronto. The successful candidate will join a team handling content requests to make content changes or write content for net new processes for multiple lines of businesses.

Experience working as a content writer with MS word, SharePoint, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment is crucial to succeed in this role. Please note, this role is hybrid once a week in the Downtown Toronto area.

Must haves

• 3 years experience working as a content writer for medium-large size organizations
• Strong experience working with MS word
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Proactive communication on ability to take on more requests.
• Experience with SharePoint Editor for content writing and editing
• Experience with HTML troubleshooting
• Experience with Jira for tracking
• Bachelors degree in communication, English, technical writing, or equivalent.
