Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Toronto, ON headquarters. The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing strategies, perform market research, and work collaboratively with the sales team.

Core responsibilities include creating and managing marketing plans, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, coordinating promotions, and fostering customer engagement.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and transform insights into action

Expertise in Marketing and Sales, including experience in creating and executing lead gen campaigns

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, GA4, CRM platform (HubSpot), and analytics software

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in industrial or recycling markets is a strong advantage
