Accounts Payable Specialist- Contract

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients finance team. This is a critical role that helps keep the company running smoothly by ensuring our vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time. -Mon-Fri, 9-5

• The position is a hybrid role based out of the Oakville office, giving you the flexibility to work from home three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Categorizing and sorting accounts payable statements and invoices.
• Processing vendor invoices and payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Processing employee expense claims and reconciling complex credit card transactions.
• Contributing to our team's success during month-end closing processes.

Qualifications

• You should have a knack for numbers, an eye for detail, and a talent for problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are a must.
• You should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• It’s a bonus if you have prior experience with Accounts Payable or a system like Dynamics 365
