Schedule: Full-Time

About You

• Strong knowledge and understanding of IPAC standards
• Previous dental or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required
• We are looking for a motivated, coachable individual who is eager to learn and grow
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and infection prevention
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Passionate about supporting exceptional patient care

What you’ll do in this role

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and package dental instruments following infection prevention and control (IPAC) standards
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment while maintaining accurate sterilization records
• Prepare and turn over operatories between patients
• Restock treatment rooms and clinical supplies throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterilization area
• Support the clinical team with back-office duties as needed
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols
