Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time) – Toronto, ON

MM Physio is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across Ontario. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our Toronto team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with claims when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Perform general administrative and front desk duties

Qualifications

• Previous medical reception or customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and electronic records
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Russian, Hebrew, or Yiddish language skills are considered an asset

Flexible scheduling available, including evenings and weekends.
