Receptionist/Administration

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Clinic Admin / Receptionist who is fluent in Korean to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a medical clinic and is familiar with insurance billing and administrative procedures.

This role includes front desk responsibilities, scheduling appointments, assisting patients, handling phone inquiries, and processing insurance claims, including extended health insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist patients with appointment-related questions and clinic information
• Process insurance claims, including extended health insurance claims
• Handle billing-related tasks and maintain accurate patient records
• Perform general administrative duties and support daily clinic operations

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (Korean language skills required)
• Previous experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with insurance billing and extended health insurance claims processing required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
