Saturday availability is required.

Position Details

• Part-Time with opportunity to become Full-Time
• Location: 1394 Wilson Ave, North York, ON M3M 1H8
• Schedule: 2-3 days a week (Monday is mandatory)
• Additional weekday shifts available based on clinic needs
• Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

As a Certified Dental Assistant Level II, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:

• Assisting the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring operatories are fully stocked and organized
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining IPAC standards
• Taking digital radiographs in accordance with HARP certification
• Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
• Supporting procedures such as restorative dentistry, extractions, implants, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and more
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and charting
• Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture

What You Bring

• Certified Dental Assistant Level II designation
• Current HARP Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Previous dental assisting experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital radiography and intraoral scanning
• Knowledge of dental software (AbleDent experience is considered an asset)
• IPAC and WHMIS training
