Responsibilities

• Take charge of the floor and lead service from the front
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in real time
• Open/close the restaurant and oversee daily operations
• Handle cash-outs, reports, and deposits
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling, payroll support & inventory
• Support events and group functions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years restaurant (front-of-house) experience
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Smart Serve & Food Handler certifications (required)
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
• Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
