Front Desk Receptionist – Massage Addict Annex

We are hiring a front desk receptionist for a busy massage therapy clinic.

This role requires strong English communication, direct insurance billing experience, phone confidence, membership sales, and hands-on clinic support including folding massage sheets.

Pay: Starting from $17.60/hour + bonus

Main Requirements

• Fluent English with clear and confident speaking skills
• Direct insurance billing experience preferred
• Comfortable using TELUS, Sun Life, Provider Connect, and other insurance billing platforms
• Strong phone skills for booking, reminders, follow-up calls, and client questions
• Able to handle check-in and check-out smoothly
• Comfortable selling and explaining memberships
• Fast, organized, and able to multitask in a busy clinic
• Willing to fold massage sheets, prepare linens, and help keep the clinic clean and organized
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Candidates living nearby are preferred

Main Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and book appointments accurately
• Handle check-in, check-out, and front desk flow
• Process direct insurance claims and verify client coverage
• Reply to emails and manage client communication
• Send reminders and make follow-up calls
• Recommend memberships and help fill bookings
• Use booking software, email, Excel, and Word
• Maintain accurate client records
• Fold sheets, prepare linens, and support daily clinic organization

Preferred Experience

• Massage clinic, physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, dental office, medical office, or wellness clinic experience
• Jane App or similar booking software experience
• Insurance billing or direct billing experience
