Valley Innovative Contracting is growing, and we're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our expanding team. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

As a commercial property maintenance company, we provide year-round services to commercial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include

• Landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Waste disposal
• Snow removal
• Demolition and site cleanup
• Concrete and asphalt work
• Excavation
• General construction and property maintenance duties

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will

• Be available for on-call work during the winter season
• Be punctual, reliable, and organized
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
