About the Job

As a Digital Solutions Service & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across business applications and digital solutions, with a focus on stable operations and business continuity across the Americas.

You will work in a global environment, supporting a mix of Microsoft-based platforms, Azure-hosted services, ERP, CRM, EDI, and local business systems. The role requires a hands-on and independent approach, where you investigate, resolve, document, and follow up on issues across a diverse application landscape.

You will take ownership of the regional application landscape within your scope and work closely with business users, developers, central IT teams, departments, and external partners to ensure effective and reliable system support.

You will have the opportunity to

• Support business applications including ERP, CRM, EDI, and local systems used across sites in the Americas
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues end-to-end
• Work with Microsoft-based solutions, Azure services, and integrations where applicable
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• Maintain documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles
• Coordinate with internal teams, departments, vendors, and support partners when required
• Support master data activities and help ensure data consistency and security across systems
• Contribute to training materials and support end-users in system usage
• Support transitions from local solutions to global or centralized services
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes, system stability, and service quality

You will take ownership of issues from identification through resolution and follow-up, ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement across systems and regions.

About the Ideal Candidate

You are a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and works independently to resolve issues across a complex and mixed system landscape.

You are comfortable working in a global environment with different stakeholders, time zones, and business needs. You have a strong drive to ensure stable operations, high service quality, and timely resolution of issues with limited day-to-day guidance.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in application and system support, troubleshooting, or a similar role within a complex IT environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical and information systems skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Understanding of business applications, ERP processes, databases, and system integrations
• Experience working with global and local business applications in a heterogeneous IT environment
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment across different time zones
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong service mindset
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 F&SCM, AX2012/AX2009, Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or similar platforms
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, or related services
• Experience supporting EDI-related activities and integrations
• Experience working in environments with both global platforms and local business systems
• Understanding of how business applications interact across processes, systems, and data flows

Expected Salary Range

CAD 65,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience and technical fit.
