The Junior Graphics and Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for various marketing materials and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing branding and marketing materials that effectively communicate the company's message and products.

Design engaging presentations and materials for trade shows and industry events.

Web Design

Develop and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and adherence to best practices in web design.

Create landing pages, product pages, and other web content that enhances user engagement and conversion rates.

Conduct regular website updates, including content management, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring.

Brand Identity Management

Ensure consistent implementation of branding guidelines across all design projects, maintaining brand integrity in all visual materials.

Develop promotional materials that align with the company’s branding strategy and marketing objectives.

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience insights, providing design solutions that meet objectives.

Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or web developers, to ensure high-quality results in graphic and web design projects.

Research and Trends

Stay updated on design trends, web technologies, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into design projects.

Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders on design projects to continuously improve creative output.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.

Maintain organized design files and documentation for every project.

Qualifications

Diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and web design, preferably in the agricultural industry or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Wix Studio).

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and apply constructive feedback.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both graphic design and web design.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
