About the role

MirrorMire is seeking a Brand and Visual Design Intern to help build a consistent, reusable visual system across marketing, sales, product education, research, and company communications.

The goal of this internship is not simply to create one-off graphics. You will help develop templates, design systems, and visual assets that the team can continue using after the internship.

What you will work on

• Design reusable LinkedIn and social-media templates
• Create layouts for whitepapers, reports, case studies, and solution briefs
• Improve sales presentations, partner decks, and investor materials
• Develop diagrams that explain cybersecurity architectures, attack paths, and product workflows
• Create event, hiring, announcement, and employee-feature graphics
• Design demo thumbnails, video overlays, and digital campaign assets
• Improve the consistency of typography, spacing, colour, iconography, and layout
• Organize design files and reusable components in Figma and Canva
• Help create a concise MirrorMire brand and visual-guidelines document
• Collaborate with technical and marketing team members to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, digital media, marketing design, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Experience using Figma
• Ability to design reports, presentations, infographics, or digital content
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
• Ability to simplify complicated information visually

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
• Experience creating presentation decks or editorial layouts
• Experience designing technical diagrams or infographics
• Basic video-editing or motion-design skills
• Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
• Experience building reusable design systems or component libraries
