Main responsibilities

Participate in all phases of project development to construction;

Assist the project manager in their tasks;

Prepare contract/construction documents;

Identify and resolve technical issues;

Create drawings, specifications, construction documents, technical documents, plans, etc., using Revit software;

Participate in technical design, production, and problem-solving of assemblies;

Coordinate plans and specifications with other stakeholders in the construction industry;

Estimate construction budget costs;

Conduct product research and participate in the selection of materials and construction systems;

Participate in the management of construction documents and site administration;

Follow all stages of a construction site and make visits as needed;

Coordinate with clients on certain aspects of a project.

Your Profile

Licensed architect in Quebec, an asset or equivalent;

At least 2 years of professional experience in the production of contract documents, site experience;

Computer skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; and familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign;

Knowledge of building codes, building envelope design, construction materials, and specifications;

Technical knowledge of construction details;

Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
