GENERAL MANAGER - LUXURY AESTHETIC CLINIC

We’re Hiring: General Manager – Luxury Aesthetic Clinic | DubaiWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager for our client to lead a prestigious luxury aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional with strong expertise in clinic operations, commercial performance, DHA compliance and luxury patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead doctors, nurses, therapists and front-of-house teams
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and commercial KPIsDeliver exceptional VIP patient journeys and luxury service standards
• Maintain full compliance with DHA regulations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory and quality management
• Partner with marketing to strengthen patient acquisition and retention
• Candidate requirements:7–10+ years’ experience within a luxury aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery centre or premium medical spa
• Minimum three years’ senior leadership experience in Dubai/UAEStrong knowledge of DHA regulations and clinic operations
• Proven multidisciplinary team leadership and commercial management experience
• Fluent English;
• Russian and/or Arabic is an advantage
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and platforms such as Zenoti, Cliniko or Esthetix
• Salary: AED 22,000–30,000 per month Performance incentives: 0.5%–1.5% of quarterly net revenue
