Job Title: Senior Project Manager – HospitalityLocation: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of hospitality projects in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing hotel developments from concept design through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

This role requires strong leadership, design management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospitality (hotel) projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee design development and coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and ensure timely decision-making.
• Manage project handover, closeout, and final documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Arabic-English bilingual preferred.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality/hotel projects.
• Strong background in design management.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from design through construction and final handover.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates available to join immediately or with a short notice period are preferred.
