Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Writer will develop clear, engaging content for digital and print channels, including websites, blogs, social media, marketing collateral, and internal communications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, drafting and revising copy, adapting tone and style for different audiences, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging. The role also involves proofreading and editing content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment, as well as contributing ideas to content planning and storytelling initiatives.

The Writer is expected to manage deadlines, maintain organized workflows, and support continuous improvement of the company’s content and communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences and formats.
• Experience creating digital content for websites, social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns, with an understanding of audience engagement and basic SEO principles.
• Ability to conduct thorough research, synthesize information, and translate complex concepts into accessible, reader-friendly copy.
• Solid proofreading skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, including grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, and development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a technology-focused environment and willingness to learn about new products, tools, and industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agency setting is beneficial.
