This is an exciting opportunity to relocate to either Jersey or Guernsey and take ownership of a high-profile, fast-paced retail operation within a well-established and successful business.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll have full accountability for operational standards, people development, stock management and profitability, whilst playing a key role in the ongoing success of the store.

This role would suit an experienced Supermarket Manager, Convenience Manager, FMCG Retail Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager looking to take the next step in their career in a unique and rewarding location.

What We're Looking For

• Proven management experience within supermarket, convenience, retail or FMCG environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
• Commercially focused with experience delivering sales and operational targets.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a hands-on management style.
• Open to relocating to Jersey or Guernsey.
