Bookkeeper Full or Part Time

An independent UK Freight Forwarder is now seeking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their friendly and collaborative Freight team. Main tasks

Recording, coding and reconciling all business transactions.Entering and importing data into XERO or databases.Collaboration with internal and external departments.Collaboration with accountants and auditor.Filing of receipts, invoices, and all other financial evidence.Reconciling bank statements.

Recording and coding income & expenses.Import of customer & supplier invoices.Credit Control.

Requirements

XERO use, preferred 3-5 years.

Bookkeeping or accountancy, preferred 5-10 years.

Proven track record in Logistics sector but not essential.

Advantage ATT or ICB qualification or equivalent.
