Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities)
Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels
Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations; manage our local moderators to help with executions
Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools)
Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces
Track performance using on-chain tools and present to management team
Based in EU (preferably UK or France)
Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
Experience with campaign tools (Zealy, Galxe) and local collaborations
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
