Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering learning content that supports colleagues across the business. From building engaging eLearning and blended resources to managing and improving content in the LMS, you’ll help ensure our learning offer is modern, accessible, and aligned with business needs.

You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to turn ideas into impactful learning experiences, while also supporting self-directed learning and upskilling initiatives.

Alongside content creation, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to roll out learning across teams, track engagement and impact through reporting and data analysis, and support key projects such as leadership development, succession planning, and business transformation.

Your input will directly influence how we grow skills across the organisation and ensure that learning drives performance and progress at every level.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Solid understanding of LMS platforms and how they’re used in business
• Experienced in L&D content creation and digital learning
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and managing training rollouts
• Proficient in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Canva
• Able to report on learning impact and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience facilitating leadership or professional development webinars

Desirable

• Familiarity with learning evaluation methods or data analysis in Excel
• Awareness of career pathways or succession planning in L&D
• Exposure to transformation or change related learning projects
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration basics
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 in L&D (or working towards)
