Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, directors, landlords, sole traders, and partnerships.

Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns.

Advising clients on personal tax matters and identifying tax-efficient planning opportunities.

Supporting on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and residency-related matters.

Assisting with HMRC enquiries and correspondence.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team.

Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance across your portfolio.

About You

ATT qualified, CTA qualified/part-qualified, or qualified by experience.

Previous personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.

Strong technical knowledge of personal taxation and self-assessment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop into a future leadership role.
