Hybrid working: 2–3 days in the office, remainder working from home

Main duties

To provide an exceptional customer experience by combining customer service, customer success and sales support activities, helping to strengthen customer relationships, improve customer retention and support business growth.

The role

• Deliver professional and responsive customer service via phone, email and digital channels
• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, products, deliveries and account support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage both inbound customer enquiries and proactive outbound customer engagement
• Support customer onboarding, follow up on enquiries and re-engage existing customers
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Recommend relevant products and services where appropriate to maximise customer value
• Provide sales support through customer follow-up, appointment coordination, campaign activity and administrative support
• Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system and ensure all customer interactions are documented
• Gather customer feedback and share customer insights with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
• Monitor customer activity and contribute to customer retention and continuous service improvement
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey

The candidate

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Customer Support or Sales Support
• Confident handling both inbound customer enquiries and proactive outbound customer engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience would be advantageous)
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Experience within a B2B environment would be beneficial
• Additional European language skills, such as French, Dutch or German, would be an advantage but are not essential

The salary

£30,000 per annum
