• Strong UX/UI fundamentals
• Experience improving existing products/systems (not just greenfield)
• Comfortable working on complex/data-heavy applications
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to messy environments
• Confident using tools like Figma
• A genuinely user-focused mindset

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Turning user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and UI designs
• Improving existing systems - making complex journeys simpler and more intuitive
• Working across UX/UI end-to-end (not siloed)
• Designing for real-world scenarios (errors, edge cases, messy workflows)
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering to ship usable solutions

We are a long-established, product-led organization currently undergoing an interesting internal transformation. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing product team and work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering.

This position offers a genuine opportunity to shape how things are done, alongside an experienced Lead Designer on high-impact work that goes beyond surface-level design. Our office is located in Manchester, near Heaton Park, and we are currently onsite 5 days a week, transitioning to a hybrid model after that, with a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.
