About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Factory Shift Supervisor to join 2 Sisters Food Group. This role will oversee the goods-in and goods-end side of operations, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of incoming deliveries, stock control, and reporting.

You will replace the outgoing FSM and take responsibility for supervising a team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and unloading of goods from multiple external suppliers and warehouses.
• Check delivery documentation against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Carry out quality control checks, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Supervise and support the warehouse team in day-to-day operations.
• Accurately record stock movements and transactions in SAP.
• Manage stock control, including labelling, rotation, and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety within the warehouse.
• Liaise with external suppliers and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations.

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (food industry experience not essential).
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
