Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Pattern Imprinted Concrete Supplies is a fast-growing company based in Irlam, Manchester. We are looking for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently. Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points, Must be above the age of 25 years for our fleet insurance policy.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver orders, assist the Depot teams with Picking and Packing orders.

• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of orders.
• Pack orders in the shipping department according to the customer’s order specifications.
• Print labels for customer shipments.
• Assist with picking and packing of customer shipments.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of warehouse, including but not limited to, sorting, palletizing and organization of incoming materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

Knowledge of basic warehouse practices and procedures such as order picking, order fulfilment, and shipping processes.

• Knowledge of basic computer skills such as word processing, email, spreadsheets, etc.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on the needs of the business and individual departments.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (outdoors), with limited exposure to outside elements (such as heat, rain, snow, or extreme temperatures).
• Must be able to lift up to 25kg, stand for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, twist or crouch as needed while carrying packages up to 25kg

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
