The Role

You will support the firm's busy residential development and plot sales team, working closely with experienced lawyers and developers to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and well-structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with plot sales and residential development transactions

Liaising with developers, buyers, lenders and third parties

Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

Managing enquiries and progressing matters through the transaction process

Maintaining accurate case records and supporting fee earners with caseload management

Delivering excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle

About You

Previous experience within a legal, conveyancing or property-related environment is advantageous but not essential

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and client care abilities

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Ambition to develop a long-term career within the legal sector
