About Us

We're a family-run soft play and café business looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our friendly team.

This is a varied customer-facing role combining barista duties and general café operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Operate commercial espresso coffee machines and grinders confidently.
• Maintain coffee equipment and ensure workstations are clean and organised.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the café and customer areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Complete daily cleaning and hygiene checks.
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide occasional support to the kitchen team during busy periods, including basic non-cooking tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista experience and confidence using a commercial espresso machine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays
