The Opportunity

From day one, you'll work directly with clients, helping them acquire, improve and manage commercial property portfolios across a variety of sectors.

You'll gain exposure to a broad mix of professional and project work while building relationships with property owners, managing agents, solicitors and other industry professionals. Rather than being a small cog in a large machine, you'll become an integral part of a growing team where your ideas, input and ambition will be valued.

The Role

You'll be involved in a varied workload including

• Acquisition surveys
• Dilapidations advice and negotiations
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Statutory compliance advice
• General professional building surveying services
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Collaborating with agents, solicitors and other property professionals across the UK

We're looking for someone who is eager to develop their career and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.

You'll ideally have

• MRICS qualification
• Experience across both professional and project building surveying
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
• The ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team
• Ambition to progress your career within a growing consultancy
