Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Maintenance Electrician Wanted

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Fault finding, repairs and remedial works.
• Maintenance of lighting, power and emergency lighting systems.
• Electrical testing and inspection where required.
• Supporting statutory compliance and site safety.
• Completing job reports and maintenance documentation.
• Providing a high level of customer service across multiple commercial sites.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Testing & Inspection (2391 or 2394/2395).
• IPAF and/or PASMA.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
