Since launching, the business has established itself as one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in its category, achieving significant year-on-year growth and expanding its presence across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.

The Role

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping the brand strategy, strengthening market positioning and driving long-term brand equity. This is a high-impact role, owning the brand across every customer touchpoint and ensuring a consistent, premium and engaging experience across digital, retail and ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the long-term brand strategy aligned with wider commercial objectives.
• Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and value proposition.
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce, email, retail and wider marketing channels.
• Develop campaign strategies that build emotional connection with customers while achieving commercial objectives.

About You

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programmes or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, UGC strategy, affiliate marketing and social commerce.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator and influencer relationships.
• Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimise campaigns using data and performance insights.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience within ecommerce, consumer goods, beauty, health, wellness or FMCG is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
